2 Japan Air Self-Defence Force - Lockheed C-130 Hercules spotted in Mumbai as flying from Japan - Utapao - Mumbai - Djibouti - Juba on UN Mission.
They were halted at Mumbai for a technical and crew rest stopover. Departure was delayed by 24hrs due to non-availability of weather of Africa.
